Compassion

Today Hannah was reading some books that she had not read for awhile. One of them was about Curious George and emotions/behaviors he has. On one of the pages he was sad and crying. She could also tell by the picture that he had some tears. For at least 10 minutes on and off every time she looked at that page she would start crying. I tried to show her he wasn't sad on every page and I even got her Curious George stuffed animal. After awhile, I just had to put the book away because she wouldn't stop crying.
