Crayons

Today I had lunch at Applebees with my friend Jen and her three kids, Zachary, Isabel, and Grant. Like most kid friendly restaurants, they have kids menus and crayons. Hannah hasn't been around crayons before, so she was really interested in them. She got a hold of a green crayon and entertained herself with it for awhile. I was involved in my conversation and then I looked at Hannah and by the look on her face I could tell that she had eaten part of the crayon. I felt bad that I wasn't watching her more closely, but I think most kids have eaten crayons or something they shouldn't.
